Refund policy
The Directory Launch Pro Kit is a self-serve digital download. Refunds are reviewed for duplicate purchases, failed delivery that cannot be resolved, corrupted files, or a materially different file from the public offer description.
Not Covered
- Directory acceptance, traffic, backlinks, rankings, review speed, indexing, AI mentions, or revenue outcomes.
- Requests for done-for-you submissions, custom directory research, account creation, or launch consulting.
- Changes in third-party directory rules after the kit version is delivered.
Support Window
For access or file problems, contact support within 14 days of purchase and include the purchase email address, product name, and a short description of the issue. Do not include payment card numbers, passwords, API keys, tax details, identity documents, or private account access.
