Download access
After checkout is active and payment succeeds, Dodo should send a Payment Successful email. Open Access in your Customer Portal, click View on the digital product, and download the ZIP promptly.
Recovery
- If the file link says AccessDenied or Request has expired, reopen or refresh the Dodo Customer Portal, click View again, and download within the signed-link window.
- If the downloaded file has no
.zipextension, rename it tolaunchlistkit-directory-launch-pro-kit.zipand open it again. - Inside the ZIP, start with
START-HERE.htmlorREADME-FIRST.txt.
Support
Use LaunchListKit support for download access problems, corrupted-file reports, or correction notes. Do not send card numbers, passwords, API keys, recovery phrases, tax details, or identity documents.
