Directory submission tracker template

A simple tracker prevents repeated work. Use it to record where you submitted, which assets were required, what source tag was used, and whether the listing is pending, published, blocked, or skipped.

Recommended Columns

• Rank, directory name, category, submit URL, and reference URL.
• Cost type, login required, CAPTCHA friction, and reciprocal-link requirement.
• Assets required, source-tagged URL, submission date, and review date.
• Status, quality score, blocker notes, and traffic or form result.

Status Values

• `candidate`: looks relevant but not submitted yet.
• `submitted`: form or API accepted the submission.
• `published`: public listing is live.
• `blocked`: payment, login, CAPTCHA, rules, or fit stopped the submission.
• `skip`: not relevant for the current product.
